Storage is shared by your website and all your email accounts. Every plan is billed monthly on a month-to-month agreement you sign in your client portal; cancel any time with 30 days' notice. See the full list of what's included, and order, on the services page.
What every plan includes
- A free .co.za domain for the first year (then R109/year, invoiced 30 days before it's due)
- Email accounts on your own domain, set up on your phone and laptop for you
- Daily backups of your website and email, restored for you on request
- A free SSL certificate, spam filtering and virus scanning
- Unlimited bandwidth, so busy months cost the same
- Nothing switched off if you reach a limit: we let you know and help you clear space or upgrade
What “managed” means
With most hosting companies you get a login and a help desk. With us, the people who built your website also host it: we set up your domain, email and SSL, keep backups running, and if your site or email stops working it's our job to fix it. You have one local team to call instead of a designer, a host and an email provider pointing at each other.

- Email Starter: R35/month for 5 email accounts and 5 GB of shared storage
- Email Team: R65/month for 15 email accounts and 10 GB of shared storage
- Email Business: R99/month for 30 email accounts and 20 GB of shared storage
Common questions
Can you move my existing website or email to you? Yes. We move your site and mailboxes across and point your domain to the new hosting, so nothing is lost.
What's the difference between a domain and hosting? Your domain is your web address, like yourbusiness.co.za. Hosting is the space where your website and email live. You need both; our plans include both.
